Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract An opportunity is available for a Pharmacist to support specialty pharmacy operations in Walker, MN, on a contract basis from June through September. This role involves critical responsibilities in both long-term care and retail pharmacy settings, providing comprehensive medication management and patient care.

Schedule:

Saturdays and Sundays, 8:30 AM - 5:30

PM Responsibilities:

Dispense medications accurately and efficiently in a specialty pharmacy environment Perform long-term care and retail pharmacy duties, ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance Provide immunizations and patient counseling to support community health Utilize clinical knowledge to manage medication therapy and optimize patient outcomes Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care

Qualifications:

PharmD degree or equivalent Immunization certification required CPR certification required Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification is highly desirable Strong communication and organizational skills Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care This contract position offers the chance to engage in a rewarding setting by helping patients with specialized pharmaceutical needs.
