• Evenings | 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Pharmacist for a long-term contract opportunity with a nationally recognized pediatric healthcare organization. This position will support project coverage within a hospital pharmacy setting and offers the opportunity to work alongside a highly collaborative clinical team.
• Responsibilities
• + Review and verify medication orders for accuracy, dosing, interactions, and appropriateness + Prepare and dispense medications in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards + Perform sterile and non-sterile compounding activities + Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and pharmacy staff to ensure safe and effective patient care + Maintain compliance with

USP 795, USP

797, and USP 800 standards + Support inventory management, controlled substance documentation, and pharmacy operations + Utilize EPIC and pharmacy systems to document and manage workflow + Provide guidance and oversight to pharmacy technicians as needed

• Qualifications
• + Active California Pharmacist License required + Experience in a hospital, acute care, or home infusion setting required + Pediatric experience preferred + EPIC experience strongly preferred + Retail-only experience will not be considered + Strong knowledge of sterile compounding practices and pharmacy regulations + Excellent communication and organizational skills
