ASAP Key Responsibilities:

Dispense medications accurately during night hours, ensuring patient safety and adherence to hospital protocols. Collaborate closely with healthcare teams to provide expert pharmaceutical guidance, especially for pediatric patients. Utilize EPIC and Omnicell systems to manage medication orders and inventory effectively. Monitor and verify weight-based dosing for children to ensure the safest and most effective treatment plans. Maintain compliance with hospital policies, regulations, and best practices in pharmacy.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

Valid Illinois Pharmacist license. Strong hospital pharmacy experience with a proven track record on night shifts. Pediatric experience with comfort and competence in pediatric dosing and medication management. Proficiency in pharmacy IT systems such as EPIC and Omnicell is highly preferred.
