Upholds operational standards including performance metrics, safety, and compliance Recruits, trains, and supervises the pharmacy team Make outreach calls to providers and facilities Fill Prescriptions within the standards of the State Pharmacy Board and Federal Laws. Ultimately responsible for controlling Pharmacy Inventory within the limits of State & Federal Controlled Substance Laws. Act as an expert resource for all pharmacy questions. Clinical problem-solving. Responsible for the training and education of store staff as it relates to Pharmacy operations. Special projects as deemed necessary. Perform all functions consistent with the day-to-day operations of a retail pharmacy including processing, compounding, and preparing prescriptions, advising physicians, inventory control, counseling patients on prescriptions, OTC & health-related items with necessary instructions, and processing third-party plans. Ensure good customer service is provided to all patients, and complaints are handled in an appropriate and professional manner. Organize the store's documentation and pharmacy layout in order to expedite and ensure the accuracy of drug processing. Provide MTM and Immunizations services

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRATION

Bachelor of Science or Doctorate degree in Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy Active pharmacist license in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy immunization certificate from Apha or a similar accredited organization CPR certificate We provide visa and Green card processing, if required or necessary.
