Schedule:

Saturdays and Sundays, 8:30 AM - 5:30

PM Responsibilities:

Perform Long Term Care and Retail Pharmacist duties, ensuring the safe and accurate dispensing of medications Provide patient counseling and support on medication therapies Participate in immunization delivery and related health services Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications:

Licensed Pharmacist with a PharmD or MTM certification preferred Immunization certified to administer vaccines confidently CPR certification to handle emergency situations effectively Experience in long term care and retail pharmacy settings is highly advantageous
