The role primarily covers typical inpatient pharmacy duties, including medication verification, supervising pharmacy technicians, and verifying IV preparations. The shift schedule is days from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with rotating weekend coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and verify medication orders to ensure accuracy and patient safety Supervise pharmacy technicians during daily operations Check IV admixtures for proper formulation and labeling Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize pharmacotherapy Utilize

EPIC EMR

system to document and track medication management

Qualifications and Experience:

At least 1 year of recent inpatient clinical pharmacy experience required Proficiency using EPIC electronic medical records preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and supervisory skills

Schedule:
