The facility utilizes Allscripts/Paragon as its order entry system and Pyxis automated dispensing cabinets, supporting efficient medication management.

Key Responsibilities:

Verify medication orders accurately and timely to ensure patient safety. Provide oversight and guidance to pharmacy technicians during medication preparation and distribution. Collaborate closely with nurses and physicians to offer pharmaceutical consultations and optimize patient care. Perform pharmacokinetic evaluations as part of personalized medication management. Desired Experience:

Active Pharmacist license in the state of California. Experience working with hospital pharmacy systems, preferably Allscripts/Paragon and Pyxis.
