Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract A 500-bed hospital in York, PA is seeking a Pharmacist for an immediate start. This contract role spans 13 weeks or more, featuring a variable schedule with day and afternoon shifts.

Responsibilities include:

Order verification and ensuring accurate medication dispensing Supervising pharmacy technicians to maintain workflow and compliance Collaborating with physicians to optimize patient medication plans Applying pharmacokinetic principles to support patient care Utilizing IT systems such as EPIC and Pyxis for medication management The ideal candidate will possess: A valid Pennsylvania pharmacist license Approximately 2 years of inpatient pharmacy experience Strong communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic hospital environment
