Manage medication dispensing and ensure accuracy in inpatient settings Operate and oversee the Anticoagulation Clinic, managing 4-6 patients daily Perform all oncology IV compounding tasks, maintaining safety and compliance standards Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient treatment plans

Desired Qualifications and Experience:
