Henrietta Responsibilities:

Dispense medications accurately while ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient medication therapies Review and interpret prescriptions for clinical appropriateness Participate in clinical rounds and contribute to patient care discussions Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmacy best practices and clinical guidelines

Qualifications:

Licensed pharmacist in Texas Completion of a pharmacy residency program strongly preferred Strong clinical skills with an ability to thrive in an academic hospital setting Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Detail-oriented and committed to patient safety
