Candidate's permanent address must be 50+ miles from facility Responsibilities The Pharmacist will independently support multiple hospital departments including: ICU Labor & Delivery Medical/Surgical Emergency Department Duties include: Reviewing and verifying medication orders Providing clinical pharmacy support Ensuring safe medication dispensing and compliance Collaborating with physicians and nursing staff Managing medication systems and pharmacy operations independently during weekend coverage

RequirementsRequired:

Minimum 2 years current hospital pharmacy experience Previous hospital experience

REQUIRED

Ability to work independently BLS Certification (AHA) New Hampshire Pharmacist License (License may be applied for at time of offer)

Preferred:

2-5 years total experience Critical Access Hospital experience Previous travel experience Meditech experience Omnicell familiarity Candidates with at least 1 year of all hospital-based experience plus Meditech experience may also be considered.
