Full-time Overview Senior Life Pharmacy is hiring a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to lead operations in a fast-growing, multi-state mail-order pharmacy. This is a leadership role for someone who understands independent pharmacy workflow and can scale operations effectively. Responsibilities Oversee all pharmacy operations, workflow, and staff Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations across multiple states Maintain PIC responsibilities and accountability for dispensing accuracy and patient safety Obtain and maintain 15+ pharmacist licenses (company-supported) Supervise pharmacists and technicians Implement and enforce policies, procedures, and quality standards Partner with leadership and provide regular operational updates and insights Requirements Active Pharmacist license (Georgia required) Willingness to obtain and maintain 15+ state licenses Independent pharmacy experience preferred Strong leadership and operational management skills Knowledge of multi-state compliance is a plus Highly organized with strong attention to detail Why Join Us $140K
