Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter, interpret, and review prescriptions, ensuring proper drug utilization and resolving issues related to prescriptions. Compound and dispense medications in accordance with prescribed instructions. Supervise professional and support staff to maintain operational excellence. Ensure adherence to all pharmaceutical laws and regulations. Manage prescription fills for pharmaceutical products and devices. Submit claims for third-party reimbursement accurately and promptly. Consult with healthcare professionals including physicians and nurses regarding medication-related questions. Address pharmaceutical inquiries from patients and other personnel. Monitor the storage, distribution, and use of all pharmaceuticals to ensure safety and compliance. Perform other related duties as assigned to support pharmacy operations. This role offers competitive pay in the range of $110,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
