Qualifications:

Bachelor's or advanced degree in pharmacy from an accredited institution Minimum of three years' relevant pharmacy experience Licensed as a registered pharmacist with an unrestricted Indiana license Clean criminal record with no felonies

Responsibilities:

Accurately enter, interpret, and review prescriptions Conduct drug utilization reviews and resolve any issues, including prescriber communication Compound and dispense medications as prescribed Supervise professional and support pharmacy personnel Ensure strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations Fill prescriptions for pharmaceutical preparations and devices Submit claims for third-party reimbursement efficiently Provide pharmaceutical consultation to physicians, nurses, patients, and staff Monitor proper storage, distribution, and usage of pharmaceuticals Perform additional duties as assigned This permanent position offers a competitive salary range of approximately $110,000 to $120,000, based on experience.
