Job Description

Overview As a Pharmacist , you are the trusted expert patients rely on to understand their medications and use them safely and effectively. You help make life better by ensuring patients are informed and confident in their drug therapy - playing a vital role in their overall care and well-being. If you're a pharmacist who understands the impact you have on patient care - and you're ready to support, guide, and help your team problem-solve and work more efficiently - you may be an ideal fit for this opportunity within the Legacy community. Responsibilities Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy staff at a designated site and/or department. Perform regular staff pharmacist duties. Oversee workflow coordination to ensure safe, efficient, and timely medication distribution. Act as a point person for problem-solving and issue resolution within the department. Create and manage staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage and operational continuity. May be designated as the Pharmacist in charge.
Qualifications Education:
As required by licensure. Licensure Current Registered Pharmacist License (Rph) for applicable state required. ACLS and/or PALS required within three months of hire.
