Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Manager Job Type Contract Lead pharmacy operations in a 90-bed free-standing long-term acute care hospital as a Pharmacy Manager based in the Corona, CA area. This contract role offers an immediate start with a 13-week duration and the potential to transition into a permanent position.

Corona, CA Schedule:
Monday through Friday, day shifts
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily pharmacy department activities and supervise assigned pharmacy staff, including managing work schedules and assignments. Perform pharmacist duties involving dispensing medications and providing clinical pharmacy services. Develop and implement systems to ensure regulatory compliance, continuous quality assurance, performance improvement, and efficient staff workflows. Serve as an educational resource for pharmacy staff related to orientation, training, and standard operating procedures.
Ideal Qualifications:
Valid California Pharmacist license. Proven pharmacy management experience within hospital or long-term care settings. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Commitment to regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
