How you'll make an impact in this role Assist in the development and standardization of pharmaceutical product protocols. Evaluate opportunities for improving operational efficiencies across ministries through the application of informatics principles, standards, and best practices. Use productivity measurement in operational decision-making. Promote the safe and effective utilization of technology and automation systems for pharmacy operations. Work with key stakeholders groups on new initiatives for product standardization and utilization management, therapeutic interchanges, medication safety and cost reduction. Assure that all patient-specific, medication-specific, and evidence-based pharmacotherapy information required to support effective medication-related decisions is readily available in a useful format to The Resource Group and ministries. Consistently demonstrate an understanding of how to assure pharmacy compliance with clinical outcome, legal, regulatory, quality, safety, and accreditation requirements for The Resource Group and ministries. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification /Registration:
Resident Pharmacist obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed.Education:
