Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Technician Job Type Contract A Federally Qualified Health Center in Snow Hill, NC, is seeking a licensed Pharmacy Technician for a maternity leave contract of 13+ weeks starting in late May. This role provides an excellent opportunity for experienced pharmacy technicians to support patient care in a dynamic outpatient pharmacy setting.

Schedule & Hours:

Monday through Friday Day shifts from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM One-hour lunch break; facility is closed during this time

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately dispense medications in accordance with prescriptions and regulations Manage pharmacy inventory to ensure stock availability and compliance Handle insurance processing and billing efficiently Provide exceptional customer service and patient consults Collaborate with healthcare staff to support patient medication needs

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Must hold a current North Carolina Pharmacy Technician license Minimum of 1 year of pharmacy technician experience in a similar setting Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with patients and team members
