Pharmacy Technician

Our team values professionalism, compassion, and strong attention to detail. Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the pharmacist in daily operations, provide excellent customer service, and assist with both in-store prescriptions and delivery pharmacy services. Responsibilities Assist the pharmacist with prescription processing and dispensing Accurately enter prescription information into the pharmacy system Provide friendly and efficient customer service at the counter and over the phone Process insurance claims and troubleshoot billing issues Support prescription preparation and coordination for delivery services Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of off-site/delivery prescriptions Manage inventory, including ordering, stocking, and monitoring expiration dates Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment Adhere to all state and federal pharmacy regulations Experience Previous retail pharmacy technician experience preferred Experience with Outcomes® WinRx pharmacy software strongly preferred Current Pharmacy Technician registration/certification valid in Wisconsin (or willingness to obtain) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer proficiency Schedule Part-time hours with flexible scheduling Compensation Competitive hourly wage based on experience How to Apply Please submit your resume, a brief cover letter, and three professional references through Indeed.
