Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Technician Job Type Contract This opportunity is for a Pharmacy Technician to support a busy medical facility in Daly City, CA. The role involves working with a dynamic pharmacy team to ensure accurate and efficient preparation and distribution of medications. Preference is given to candidates with some IV experience, though on-the-job training is available for those with general pharmacy technician background.

Daly City, CA Schedule:

Shifts start at 6 am, 8 am, 10 am, 12 pm, 1 pm, and 3 pm 8.5-hour shifts including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break

Responsibilities:

Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing prescription medication Handle prescription orders accurately and comply with safety standards Support IV medication preparation with prior experience preferred Maintain inventory and ensure pharmacy areas are clean and organized Collaborate with healthcare staff to fulfill medication needs efficiently

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

Certification as a Pharmacy Technician preferred Some prior exposure to IV medication preparation is strongly preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and adherence to protocols Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment This is a contract position with a commitment to full-time hours, offering a stable schedule and opportunity for ongoing work.
