Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and compound IV medications, including IVPBs and TPNs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards. Manage and fill Pyxis automated dispensing cabinets efficiently. Deliver medications promptly to nursing units and respond to pharmacy-related inquiries via telephone. Utilize the Allscripts/Paragon order entry system to process medication orders accurately. Collaborate with healthcare team members to support optimal patient care.

Desired Experience:

Proven inpatient pharmacy technician experience is essential. Skilled in making IVs and proficient in handling Pyxis automated dispensing cabinets. Familiarity with order entry systems, specifically Allscripts/Paragon. Ability to work independently during night shifts and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Shift Details:

Night shift hours: 9:00 PM - 7:30

AM Schedule:
