Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Technician Job Type Direct Hire An established pharmacy is seeking an experienced home infusion and compounding technician to join their team. This role requires strong compounding skills and excellent communication abilities to interact with patients and healthcare providers. Candidates with either home infusion or designated compounding pharmacy experience are preferred; inpatient-only backgrounds will not be considered.

Direct Hire Schedule/Hours:

Monday to Friday, flexible start times between 8 AM and 10 AM Rotating weekends required Hours of operation are 7 days a week, 6 AM to 9

PM Key Responsibilities:

Prepare compounded medications following strict protocols using a proprietary workflow system Communicate proactively with patients and healthcare providers to ensure proper medication delivery and address concerns Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety standards

Desired Qualifications:

Experience in home infusion or designated compounding pharmacy environments is required Pharmacy Technician license from California (CA tech license) National Certification highly preferred Strong communication skills suitable for patient and provider interactions This position offers the opportunity to apply specialized compounding skills in a dynamic, patient-focused environment.
