Job Description
The Staff Pad is partnering with Blue Ridge Medical Center located in Blue Ridge, GA to hire a compassionate, detail-oriented Phlebotomist who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative clinical team where your skills and dedication will make a meaningful impact on patients every day. In this role, you'll play a vital part in delivering exceptional patient experiences while ensuring accurate specimen collection and laboratory support in a fast-paced healthcare environment. What You'll Do Perform venipuncture and specimen collection for patients of all ages with professionalism, accuracy, and care Accurately document specimen collections and test orders using the laboratory information system Verify proper labelling and sample integrity before transport to testing areas Educate patients by providing clear and helpful specimen collection instructions Partner closely with clinical and laboratory teams to support outstanding patient care Adapt confidently to changing workflows and multiple work locations as needed What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED preferred Previous experience as a clinical phlebotomist is a plus Completion of an accredited phlebotomy training program preferred Coursework in anatomy, medical technology, or patient care is beneficial Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) certification preferred If you're ready to bring your skills to a supportive healthcare environment and make a positive impact on patients every day, we'd love to hear from you.
