Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture and capillary draws for patients in clinical or home settings.
• Ensure patient comfort and address concerns during procedures.
• Label and process blood samples according to established protocols.
• Follow safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of blood collection activities.
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers to ensure the smooth operation of appointments.
• Stay up-to-date with state and local regulations regarding blood collection and laboratory testing.

Requirements:

• Must have experience working as Phlebotomist.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Access to reliable transportation to travel to job sites.
• Basic knowledge of lab equipment and patient safety protocols.
