Job Description

Do your best clinical work in a teaching-focused outpatient team that prizes rigorous, evidence-based care, structured mentorship, and measurable outcomes—ideal for PTs with neuro passion or those eager to build elite neuro skills.
Setting :
Outpatient, interdisciplinary (PT/OT/SLP) collaboration
Focus :
Neuro + complex MSK (stroke/TBI/vestibular, balance/falls, post-op, persistent pain)
Culture :
Outcomes-driven, teaching-oriented, team-first Experienced PTs encouraged (peer mentorship opportunities). New grads welcome to apply Why You'll Love Working Here Structured mentorship and a clear competency ladder Case conferences and live labs sharpen clinical reasoning 1:1 or low 1:2 model to protect quality and learning Documentation that matters : narrative-driven SOAP linking interventions to function Growth pathways : vestibular, neuro, pelvic, pain science, lymphedema What You'll Do Deliver thorough, hypothesis-driven evaluations Set SMART, functionally anchored goals Plan and progress task-specific neuro/vestibular and MSK interventions Track outcomes with standardized measures (e.g., TUG, 6MWT, BBS, 9HPT [customize]) Document with narrative-driven SOAP that ties activity → mechanism →function Partner with OT/SLP; engage caregivers with clear, actionable education Participate in mentorship, in-services, and case reviews Contribute to a learning culture that values feedback and continuous improvement What You'll Bring DPT and Maryland PT license Strong interest in neuro (or vestibular) and complex cases Comfort with evidence-based practice and outcome tracking Growth mindset, coachability, and collaborative communication Integrity in patient-centered, function-first care Growth & Mentorship Program Onboarding ramp with shadowing and co-treats Weekly 1:1 mentorship , plus group case rounds Competency map with clear milestones for promotion CEU stipend and paid education time Optional tracks: Vestibular, Neuro, Pelvic, Lymphedema What Success Looks Like (6-12 Months) Independent management of complex neuro and MSK cases with clear clinical reasoning Consistent use of outcome measures to guide progressions and document value Active contributions to mentorship: case reviews, micro-teaching, and peer support Patients and colleagues endorse you for clarity, compassion, and functional results
