Physical Therapist

Cranford Park is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our dynamic in-house rehab team. If you are motivated, compassionate, and strive to uphold quality care, then this is the job for you!

Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients individually to determine strength and mobility issues, pain problems, and treatment needs Develop treatment plans for patients based on their care needs and current physical abilities Treat patients following a physician's orders and using various therapeutic techniques to resolve strength, mobility, and functionality issues Add notes to patient files regarding performance, progress, and treatment needs Demonstrate the proper methods for using therapeutic tools and mobility aids, such as crutches, wheelchairs, and walking canes Instruct patient's family or nursing staff in follow-through programs Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition Supervises Physical Therapy Assistants according to organization policy and state regulations Participate in care plan meetings Participates in discharge planning for patient

Qualifications:

Current license from the NJ State Board of Physical Therapy Flexible Availability Ability to collaborate with other disciplines Excellent interpersonal and clinical skills' '
