We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinician, who understands and respects the values of our tribal communities. Together, staff will provide care that meets the needs of the community and offers a meaningful and culturally responsive experience for both patients and their families. Duties and Responsibilities Assess patients' physical abilities and limitations through detailed evaluations. Develop individualized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs and goals. Implement therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to improve patients' mobility and strength. Educate patients and their families on exercises and lifestyle changes to support recovery and prevent further injury. Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide a comprehensive care approach. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress notes. Stay updated with the latest physical therapy techniques and research to enhance treatment effectiveness. Provide guidance and supervision to physical therapy assistants and aides as required. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards in the delivery of care.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Qualifications Licensure:
Active state PT License Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's Degree in
Physical Therapy Certifications:
BLS (AHA preferred or client specific)
Immunizations:
Based on client need Experience required: 1 year
Schedule:
30 hours per week

Work Environment Physical demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the primary functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to frequently stand, walk, sit, bend, twist, talk, hear and perform repetitive motions. There may be prolonged periods of sitting, keyboarding, reading, as well as driving or riding in transport vehicles. Specific vision abilities required by this job include reading, distance, computer, and color vision. Talking and hearing are essential to communicate with clients, vendors and staff. Overnight travel may be required from time to time.
Mental demands:
There are a number of deadlines associated with this position. The employee must be able to handle frequent interruptions and must also multi-task and interact with a wide variety of people on various and, at times, complicated issues.

Background Investigation:
This position may be subject to a 101-630 background check in an effort to ensure compliance with public law 101-630 "Indian child protection and family violence prevention act."
