We are looking to hire full-time (30 - 40 hours/week) and/or part-time (20-30 hours/week) physical therapists for our Lowell and Chelmsford locations. The full-time role is salaried with an expected pay between $40 - $53 per hour (roughly the equivalent of $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year for full-time therapists) , and includes a sign-on / relocation bonus of $5,000.00 - $15,000.00 as well as other potential performance-based compensation bonuses. With clinics in the Merrimack Valley, ProRehab Physical Therapy is a leading practice that continues to provide excellent treatment to its patients. Since 1997, ProRehab has been managing patients' health with the goal of helping them recover and achieve functional independence. Previous experience is a plus, but not required. Responsibilities Identify and meet patients' goals and needs Offer cost-effective treatments that help improve clients' motion and mobility Reduce the need for medications and provide alternatives to surgery Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques Create fitness- and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients' specific needs Provide quality, personalized, and evidence-based care and proven interventions Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally Promote clients' healthy lifestyles by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination Consult and practice with other health professionals Evaluate effects and monitor and communicate progress Document patient care services Skills Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities Current knowledge of treatment practices Drive to learn and grow continually Professional behavior Excellent interpersonal communication skills Valid license to practice physical therapy Benefits Competitive Yearly Salary | Sign-on & Performance Bonuses Health Insurance 2
