The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy practices, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. Key Responsibilities- Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and lifestyle modifications.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatments in physical therapy.
- Participate in community outreach programs to promote health and wellness. Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Valid state license to practice physical therapy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
