Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with a variety of physical ailments, focusing on improving their mobility, strength, and overall quality of life. This position offers the opportunity to work in both outpatient and inpatient settings, providing comprehensive care to a diverse patient population, including geriatrics and orthopedic cases. Responsibilities Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and goals. Implement therapeutic interventions, including trigger point therapy and other specialized techniques. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Educate patients and their families about treatment options, home exercises, and injury prevention strategies. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care for patients. Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress in compliance with medical terminology standards. Experience A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required. Previous experience in outpatient settings is preferred; experience in hospital or home health environments is a plus. Strong knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology is essential. Familiarity with geriatric care practices and orthopedic rehabilitation techniques is highly desirable. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining a patient-centered approach.
