Physical Therapist

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. This role involves developing individualized treatment plans, implementing therapeutic exercises, and monitoring patient progress to ensure optimal recovery and rehabilitation. Duties Assess patients' physical conditions and limitations through comprehensive evaluations. Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to each patient's needs. Provide therapeutic interventions for a diverse patient population, including pediatrics and geriatrics. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and discharge planning. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and home health strategies. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes. Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy practices and techniques. Skills Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to physical therapy. Proficiency in creating effective care plans that address individual patient needs. Experience in outpatient pediatrics, school-based settings, or early intervention is preferred. Familiarity with orthopedic conditions and rehabilitation techniques. Ability to work with pediatric populations. Excellent communication skills for educating patients and collaborating with healthcare teams. Strong organizational skills for managing multiple cases simultaneously.
