Roosevelt General Hospital Portales, NM 88130 Position Overview Roosevelt General Hospital is seeking a patient-centered Physical Therapist to join their rehabilitation team for a 13-week contract assignment. This role includes both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services in a rural healthcare setting. Compensation $70/hour 40

Hours Per Week Schedule & Coverage Day Shift:

8:00 AM•5:00 PM 13-Week Assignment No Holiday Coverage Required Key Responsibilities Provide inpatient and outpatient physical therapy services Evaluate and treat patients with individualized care plans Support patient mobility, rehabilitation, and recovery goals Document care accurately within Meditech EMR Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care Minimum Requirements / Qualifications Active Physical Therapist License

BLS/BCLS
