Bragg, NC Core Duties:

Provide physical therapy and screening assessment services to students aged 3-21 at school sites during normal school hours, face-to-face. Perform related duties including daily planning, documentation, IEP preparation, equipment preparation/storage, and meetings with parents/sponsors and the Case Study Committee (CSC). Attend virtual post-award and other required meetings with the COR, KO, and Agency personnel.

Required Qualifications:

Current PT license/certificate from North Carolina or a state with reciprocity for North Carolina. Experience developing and implementing IEP-mandated physical therapy services in elementary and secondary school settings. Ability to work the portion of the school year calendar covered by the period of performance. Proficient in English with basic computer skills. Must provide direct services onsite.

Availability:

Must be present each school day as required. The liaison must be available 9 AM - 3 PM EST, excluding federal holidays.

Security Requirements:

Must meet all Ft. Bragg installation access requirements and obtain a base pass prior to start. Must pass a criminal background check (FBI fingerprint-based, Tier 1 Investigation)
