Job Summary Bridger Orthopedic is looking for a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient orthopedic team in Bozeman. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse orthopedic and sports medicine caseload in a positive, team-oriented setting. We welcome both new graduates and experienced clinicians who are passionate about helping patients recover, move better, and live pain-free. Responsibilities Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic and sports-related conditions. Provide patient education on injury prevention, recovery, and performance optimization. Collaborate with physicians, athletic trainers, and other clinicians to ensure high-quality care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR. Contribute to a supportive, team-focused clinic culture. Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program. Current Montana PT license (or eligibility prior to start date). Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred — new grads encouraged to apply! Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A positive, collaborative attitude and commitment to clinical excellence.
