• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Implement interventions in various settings
• Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for continued rehabilitation

Qualifications:

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• MD Physical Therapist PT license
• Current BLS/CPR Certification Job details:

$2,256.37 - $2,326.15 / week
