Job Description OrthoRehab Physical Therapy is seeking a part-time licensed Physical Therapist to join our team in San Antonio. We are a privately owned clinic focused on one-on-one care, evidence-based treatment, and helping patients return to the activities they enjoy with confidence. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. Develop individualized plans of care based on patient goals and clinical findings. Deliver hands-on, evidence-based treatment with a focus on functional outcomes. Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and recovery strategies. Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans accurately and timely. Collaborate with team members to support a positive patient experience. Requirements Active Texas Physical Therapist license. Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent required. Strong clinical judgment and communication skills. Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care. Ability to work independently in a professional outpatient setting. Prior outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required. Preferred Qualifications Experience in private practice or outpatient orthopedic care. Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented clinic. Strong interest in education, movement quality, and long-term patient outcomes. Schedule Part-time. Flexible hours based on clinic needs and candidate availability.
