Physical Therapist

We are seeking a motivated and patient-centered Physical Therapist who is passionate about delivering high-quality care in a collaborative, performance-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone who values clinical autonomy, longer treatment sessions, and meaningful patient relationships. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluations Develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans Provide one-on-one care (no double-booking) Treat orthopedic, spine, and sports-related conditions Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and movement analysis Document all services accurately and in a timely manner (EMR) Collaborate with providers to optimize patient outcomes Educate patients on recovery, injury prevention, and long-term performance Qualifications Physical Therapy (DPT) required Active NJ Physical Therapist License Strong interest in orthopedics, spine, and sports rehabilitation Excellent communication and patient engagement skills Ability to work both independently and within a team Preferred Experience Outpatient orthopedic or sports medicine experience Manual therapy training or certification Experience or interest in cash-based/out-of-network care models Background in performance training or return-to-sport rehab Why Join Thrive Spine and Sports Rehab? Pay:

$43.00 - $50.48 per hour
