This Is Not Your Average PT Job If you went to PT school because you genuinely love people and want to make a real difference, not just push patients through a production line, then keep reading. Jones Physical Therapy is a growing, independent outpatient clinic in Vancleave, Mississippi. We opened in spring 2025 and we are already building something that this community is talking about. We are not a corporate chain. We are not a high-volume revolving door. We are a close-knit team that operates with a clear standard: every patient feels heard before treatment begins, treated with skill and intention, and leaves better informed than when they walked in. We have an immediate opening for a full-time Physical Therapist who shares that standard. Who We Are Looking For We are open to new graduates and experienced clinicians alike. What matters most is the right fit. You are a good fit if you: Went into this profession because you actually care about people, not just about getting through your caseload Want to practice the way you were trained, with thorough evaluations, real patient education, and treatment that addresses root causes Are tired of being asked to sacrifice quality for volume Want to grow, lead, and be part of something that is still being built Take ownership of your work without needing to be managed every step of the way Believe that a great PT experience changes people's lives You are not a good fit if you are looking for a place to punch a clock, do the minimum, or coast. We hold each other to a high standard here, and that is a feature, not a fine print. What Makes Jones PT Different We practice below industry productivity standards on purpose. We do this so you can do your job the right way. Long, thorough evaluations. Real one-on-one time. Patients who actually understand their condition when they leave. That is the care you went to school for. That is what we deliver. We are a real team, not a revolving door. Our current staff includes two full-time PTs, one full-time PTA, a PRN PTA, two full-time PT techs, two full-time front office and admin staff, and a pediatric PT and OT team. We are small enough that we know each other, we cover each other, and yes, we celebrate every single person's birthday because people matter here. We use AI-assisted documentation. The company pays for and fully implements AI documentation tools so you can spend your time on patients, not paperwork. Faster notes. Better compliance. Less time at your desk after hours. We have a structured onboarding process. Whether you are a new grad learning how to translate school into practice, or an experienced clinician who has been thrown into a new job with no support, you will not get that here. We walk alongside you. We invest in you from day one. We are building something bigger. The vision for Jones Physical Therapy is a multi-division facility serving adults, athletes, and children across South Mississippi. We are in the early chapters of that story. If you want room to grow into leadership, develop a specialty, or help shape what this place becomes, that room exists here. We believe in authentic connection. Our mission is not a tagline. Every person who walks through our doors is not just a patient. They become a relationship, a community, a tribe. We are genuinely loving people here, and that kind of authenticity is rare. It is also the reason this clinic will thrive. Responsibilities Perform thorough initial evaluations (60 to 90 minutes standard) Develop and implement individualized plans of care Educate patients clearly on their diagnosis, treatment plan, and home exercise program Maintain accurate and timely documentation using our AI-assisted platform Collaborate with our PT, PTA, tech, and admin team Participate in community presence and relationship-building as opportunities arise Uphold the JPT Standard in every patient interaction Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required Current Mississippi PT license (or eligible and actively pursuing licensure) New graduates welcome. Experienced clinicians welcome. Culture fit is non-negotiable.
