Two Options based on professional goals: Regular 40 hour
Week:
MW:
7:30am-4:30pm,
T/TH:
8:30am-6pm, Friday 7:30am-3:30pm; Compensation = $85-90K (Based on Experience) Performance Bonus 44 hour Week (For Clinicians striving to obtain Bonus):
MW:
7:30am-5:30,
T/TH:
7:30am-6pm, Friday 7:30am-3:30pm; Compensation =$85-90K (Based on Experience) plus $6-8K performance bonus.

You'll thrive here if you: Put patients first — always Value connection, integrity, and teamwork Are hungry to grow clinically and professionally Bring positive energy, humility, and purpose to your work Desire structured mentorship Key Responsibilities Clinical Excellence Deliver high-quality orthopedic and balance physical therapy (onsite training provided) Follow individualized plans of care focused on functional outcomes Maintain licensure, compliance training, and clinical standards Participate in peer chart reviews and continuing education Mentor student interns as assigned Patient Experience & Community Impact Build meaningful relationships with patients (know their family, work, and goals) Empower patients through education and collaborative care Achieve a high rate of patients completing their full plan of care Contribute to patient success stories and testimonials Represent East Athens Physical Therapy with pride in and outside the clinic Outcomes & Performance Expectations ~55-65 patient visits per week 90% of patients achieving long-term functional goals Consistent, high-quality documentation and communication Strong collaboration with PTs, referral sources, and leadership team Contribution to a positive, growth-oriented clinic culture What Success Looks Like Patients become raving fans who complete care and refer others You grow as a clinician, leader, and human You feel proud of the care you deliver and the team you're part of You help strengthen East Athens Physical Therapy as the choice provider in the community Compensation & Benefits Highly Competitive salary (based on experience) $85k

  • 8K) Unlimited continued educations with guided sequencing of plan Student Loan Assistance Plan for $3000 annually Mentorship
