Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient rehabilitation team in Missouri. The PTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care and help patients improve mobility, strength, and overall function. New graduates are encouraged to apply , and mentorship is available. Key Responsibilities Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist. Provide therapeutic exercises, functional training, and modalities to support patient recovery. Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist. Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic policies and state regulations. Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment. Qualifications Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Current New Mexico Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility for licensure through the New Mexico Physical Therapy Board. CPR/BLS certification preferred or ability to obtain. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced outpatient setting. Benefits Competitive salary based on experience.
