Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Silverton Health & Rehabilitation - Silverton, Idaho Join a team where you make a real impact every day. Silverton Health & Rehabilitation is looking for a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team. In this role, you'll help residents regain strength, mobility, and independence in a supportive skilled nursing environment.Position Details Schedule:
Full-time or part-time availableSetting:
Skilled Nursing Facility / Post-Acute Rehab What You'll Do Deliver physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Implement individualized care plans to support patient recovery and functional goals Assist residents with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and use of adaptive equipment Monitor and document patient progress accurately and timely Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care Help create a positive, encouraging environment for patients and families What We're Looking For Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Active Idaho PTA license (or ability to obtain) Strong communication and teamwork skills Passion for working with geriatric and rehab populations New grads welcome to apply! Education:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) program.Licenses/Certification:
Current state PTA licensure. Valid CPR certification.Experience:
