What You'll Do:

Carry out physical therapy treatment plans under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Assist residents with exercises and mobility activities to improve strength, balance, and functional movement. Monitor and document residents' progress, reporting any changes or concerns to the Physical Therapist. Promote resident safety and motivation during therapy sessions while supporting their rehabilitation goals.

What You'll Need:
