Physical Therapist Assistant

Immediate opening for Full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to do visits for our Yukon Home Health office location. Coverage areas to include Yukon, Mustang, N OKC, El Reno, TriCity, Edmond, Piedmont and surrounding areas.

Position will:

Administer Physical Therapy care to include gait training, exercise and rehabilitation to assigned Home Health patients; Will work under the supervision of a Registered Physical Therapist. Responsibilities and Duties Applicant must be able to organize and prioritize schedules; Must be able to communicate and interact with patients and their family members; Must be able to communicate patient care changes and progress to Home Health care team members; Document patient care provided by meeting company, state and federal guidelines. Qualifications and Skills Active PTA license in the State of Oklahoma without restrictions; Minimum 1 year of home health experience preferred Current CPR certification; Valid current Drivers License.
