Summary As a Physical Therapist Assistant , you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care under the supervision of licensed physical therapists. Located in a dynamic healthcare environment, you will assist in implementing personalized treatment plans that promote healing and enhance the overall patient experience. Responsibilities Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients. Provide hands-on therapy techniques and support during rehabilitation sessions. Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the supervising therapist. Educate patients on exercise programs and proper techniques for recovery. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and progress notes. Ensure a safe and clean environment for patient treatments. Requirements Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant program from an accredited institution. or Limited Permit Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. Experience in orthopedics or acute care settings is preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
