Job Description
Overview We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal injuries, mobility limitations, and functional impairments in an outpatient setting. This role emphasizes individualized care, hands-on treatment, and patient education to support recovery, improve movement, and reduce pain, often without the need for surgery or long-term medication use.
Core Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including movement analysis, medical history review, and symptom assessment Develop and implement personalized treatment plans focused on pain reduction, strength, mobility, balance, and functional improvement Provide hands-on manual therapy and therapeutic interventions for musculoskeletal conditions Educate patients on proper exercise techniques and prescribe effective in-office and home exercise programs Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document care accurately and timely Collaborate with patients to establish and achieve realistic health, wellness, and recovery goalsQualifications & Preferences:
Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in good standing Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred Strong manual therapy skills highly valued Strong documentation skill set Ability to work with a diverse outpatient population across varying levels of careExperience:
