Physical Therapist

Join Kettering Home Care as a compassionate Physical Therapist serving Springfield, New Carlisle, Saint Paris, and surrounding areas. This Physical Therapist opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by providing one-on-one home health care that helps patients regain independence and improve quality of life.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-5:00 PM + rotating on-call/holiday coverage

What You'll Do:

As a Physical Therapist , you'll deliver skilled in-home physical therapy services, complete evaluations and OASIS assessments, develop individualized care plans, educate patients and families, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to drive positive patient outcomes. The Physical Therapist will also supervise PTAs, support safe recovery, and ensure accurate, timely documentation.
