Duties Oversee clinic operations, including patient scheduling, staff coordination, and resource management to ensure efficiency and high-quality service delivery Lead and motivate clinical and administrative staff, fostering a positive work environment focused on teamwork and continuous improvement Implement policies and procedures that promote patient safety, confidentiality, and excellent customer service Monitor clinic performance metrics regularly to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions Provide patient care directly , working side by side with the clinical staff to optimize patient care and support clinical excellence Experience Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively Ability to develop operational strategies that enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction Excellent communication skills for liaising with staff, patients, and referral sources

Pay:

$90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
