- Proven experience and PASSION for orthopedics and sports medicine
- Personal background in athletics preferred. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and human biology.
- Desire to be part of an evolving business with significant room to grow Compensation & Benefits
- Salary + Revenue Share + Opportunity for further compensation tied to the value you provide — a model with far more earning potential than traditional PT!

- Health benefit reimbursement
- Retirement account contribution
- Continuing education budget
- Generous paid time off
- Professional development time built into your schedule
- Flexible treating schedule Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one, hour-long physical therapy sessions with a focus on quality, individualized care, and measurable outcomes
- Perform comprehensive orthopedic and sports-focused evaluations, including movement assessments, manual examination, and objective performance testing
- Develop and progress evidence-based treatment plans that integrate manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and performance-based interventions
- Utilize advanced assessment and training tools — including VO2 max testing, RMR testing, body composition testing, force plate analysis, and blood flow restriction therapy — to guide clinical decision-making and demonstrate value to clients
- Collaborate closely with strength coaches and performance regarding integrated care of patients care continuum
- Coordinate with on-staff medical practitioners on integrated care plans, including bloodwork interpretation, bio and genetic assessments, and peptide and hormone optimization protocols where appropriate
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication, education, and high-touch concierge-level service
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with state practice act and professional standards
- Contribute to the growth of the practice through clinical excellence, client retention, referrals, and active participation in team development
