40 Hours per Week | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Legacy Personnel, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract assignment in Nacogdoches, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dedicated healthcare team in a supportive clinical environment while making a meaningful impact on patient recovery and mobility.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and functional limitations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation treatments Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Educate patients and families on treatment goals and home exercise programs Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation

Requirements:
