Job Description

Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedic & Sports Performance Drive Performance Therapy is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist with an interest in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation to join our growing team in North Idaho. This position is ideal for a clinician who values one-on-one patient care, continued professional development, and working in an active, performance-focused environment. About the Role 60-minute, one-on-one treatment sessions Out-of-network model allowing for individualized, high-quality care Collaborative team environment focused on clinical growth and patient outcomes Opportunity to work with active adults, athletes, and golfers Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and sports-related conditions Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals Collaborate with team members to optimize patient outcomes Maintain accurate and timely documentation Contribute to a positive and professional clinic environment Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree Active, unrestricted Idaho Physical Therapist license (or eligibility) Current CPR/BLS certification Strong communication and time management skills Interest in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation Preferred (Not Required) Experience in outpatient orthopedic or sports settings (including clinical rotations) Dry needling certification Background in strength training, coaching, or athletics Interest in biomechanics, movement assessment, or performance training What We Offer Consistent 1:1 patient care model Supportive, team-oriented environment Opportunities for professional growth and skill development Competitive compensation (based on experience)
Pay:
$85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
